Hiring!!Position: SupervisorSalary In hand: Up to 25KLocation: Chakan, Pune, MaharashtraIndustry: Logistics & WarehouseKey Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day warehouse and transport operations.Plan and schedule dispatches and deliveries as per business requirements.Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.Ensure accurate documentation including challans, invoices, gate passes, and transport records.Monitor vehicle movement through GPS or other systems.Ensure safe loading/unloading and proper stacking/storage of goods.Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic stock counts and system updates.Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety briefings/trainings.Investigate and resolve transportation or warehousing issues such as delays, damages, or misrouting.Supervise and guide warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.Interested Candidates can share there resume atemp.helpdesk@shankerlogistics.com
