Calls to be attend. Admin / attendance related work. Attend incoming customers at reception. Email / back office work, Site visits. Co-ordination with our staff, suppliers and contractors.

Study/Review of Tender Documents, Scope of work, Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, Client requirement etc. from the tender documents for execution of Interior work. Actively participating in the Project weekly/Review meeting with Architect/Consultants/client/PMC while Execution is going on. Coordination with office for timely order placement and expediting dispatch of material to site as per project requirements Timely Coordination with Project Manager/Site engineers as well as sub-contractors for completing project in time. Checking, Running Bills of Subcontractors with actual measurements on site with certification. To help billing engineers for Preparation of our Running Bills as well as Final Billing and getting it approved from Architect/PMC/client. Coordinating with Client for timely processing of the submitted bills and ensuring the timely payment collection from client. Coordinating with Client officials/Architects/Consultants/Government officials for getting various approvals required for smooth execution of the project To help project manager as well as site engineers to accomplish project within stipulated time and budgeted margin. Arrangement of project manpower schedule before project will start and arrange the same as per site requirements on daily basis. Motivating to associated employees as well as workers. Fair knowledge of Computer and written/spoken English are mandatory for this post. Help to Project Manager in all respect to proper handing over of the site to Client

Safety Officers are responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing safety at work including compliance and adheres to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines. Safety officer is responsible for making sure all the workers at a site are working safely and following all the correct safety procedures. They may have other duties as well, but the primary duty is to keep things safe around the job site. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a essential requirement of this job. Critical thinking and problem solving skills is also required. Physical ability to do the work is also essential. Closely monitor performance of all critical life safety equipment. Also required leadership skills for this job. -Needed Diploma in Fire and Safety.Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring and maintaining fire safety for a company or facility where work is going on with a solid knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations; they implement preventative measures, maintain buildings safety standards, create and implement safety policies too.
