1) Set up and operate CNC & VMC machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings.2) Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.3) Create and modify CNC programs (G-code) to ensure optimal machining.4) Select and install proper tooling, jigs, and fixtures.5) Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output and adherence to tolerances.6) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.7) Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, etc.).8) Coordinate with the production and quality team for process improvements.9) Maintain records of work performed, including machine settings, tool changes, and inspection results.10) Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work area, following all shop-floor protocols.Technical Skills & Qualification:
