We are seeking a skilled Arc Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to fabricate, repair, and maintain metal structures and components. You will use the arc welding process to join, cut, or repair materials while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Welding Operations: Use arc welding techniques, such as Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), to weld metal components in accordance with blueprints, drawings, or specifications.Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect welds for defects, measure joints, and ensure proper fitment and quality standards are met.Material Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces by grinding, cleaning, or cutting to ensure proper welding preparation.Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company policies, including proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment), to ensure a safe working environment.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements for welding tasks.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete welding projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Repairs and Modifications: Perform repairs on metal structures or equipment by welding components to restore or improve functionality.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding processes, material usage, and job completion for internal tracking and compliance purposes.

Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, emails, and referrals.Qualify leads to assess their potential and determine if they are a good fit for our products/services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Address client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
