Position: Online Business Executive/E-commerce Marketing ExecutiveExperience: 23 years in handling online business operations.Location: Kolkata Reports to: Marketing Manager/Operations HeadSalary- 20-40kKey Responsibilities:1. Online Platform Management:*Identify and enlist the bakery's products on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) also manage and update listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and stock availability etc 2. Day-to-Day Operations:*Oversee and monitor order status, order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch for online orders, resolve customer queries or complaints promptly as per the guidelines, avoiding any penalties.3. Online Marketing and Brand Visibility:*Plan and execute online marketing strategies through paid campaigns on different social media platform for enhanced brand visibility.*Collaborate with designers to create banners, ads, and promotional content for social media and other platforms.5. Website Sales and Maintenance:*Manage and promote the companys website, implement SEO strategies ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.*Collaborate with the IT team or website developer for timely updates and troubleshooting, track KPIs like bounce rates, conversions, and customer behavior6. Promotions and Campaigns*Develop and execute promotional offers, discounts, and festive campaigns.Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure availability for promotional products.Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.23 years of experience in managing online business operations, preferably in the food/bakery industry.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and website management.Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and paid marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
