We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize our marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Create content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver engaging content.Manage company social media accounts and monitor online presence.Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.2+ years of experience in a marketing role (or relevant internship experience for junior roles).Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media).Excellent communication and writing skills.Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset and attention to detail.
