Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain immigration services and assist them with inquiries.Provide detailed information about different immigration programs (e.g., student visas, work permits, PR applications).Qualify leads by identifying client needs and offering appropriate services.Follow up on leads and ensure that the clients queries are resolved promptly.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.Schedule consultations or meetings with clients for further assistance.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader.
