Key Responsibilities:1. Provide academic guidance: Assist students in selecting suitable courses and programs based on their interests, career goals, and academic abilities.2. Conduct one-on-one sessions: Meet with students individually to discuss their academic progress, concerns, and goals, offering personalized advice and support.3. Handle admissions process: Guide students through the application and enrollment process, explaining requirements, deadlines, and procedures.4. Organize workshops and seminars: Coordinate and conduct informative sessions on topics such as study skills, time management, and career planning to help students succeed.5. Maintain student records: Keep detailed records of student interactions, academic plans, and progress to track and monitor their development.Required Skills and Expectations:1. Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues in a clear and supportive manner.2. Knowledge of academic programs: Familiarity with various undergraduate courses, degrees, and educational pathways to provide informed guidance.3. Bachelor's degree in related field: Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.E, or related disciplines to demonstrate academic expertise and qualification for the role.
