Responsibilities of the job include:* Planning and organizing production schedules* Assessing project and resource requirements* Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met* Determining quality control standards* Overseeing production processes* Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary* Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials* Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment* Liaising with marketing and sales staff* Supervising and managing the work of junior staff* Organizing relevant training sessions* Product realization and loss monitoring and control* Worker efficiency report to be ensure* All Production related documents and records updates* All process to be ensure ( ISO ,5s,Kaizen ,TQM)Requirements :* Minimum Experience in production unit (07 TO 10 YEARS )* Qualification - B.Sc (or) M.Sc Chemistry* Thorough knowledge of industrial and safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability*Male candidate only preferred

Responsibilities For Electrical Maintenance:* Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems* Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems* Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)* Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components* Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them* Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.* Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units* All Electrical equipment's and machinery system to be maintain* Basic knowledge about PLC System* All Documents and certificate records to be update (ISO ,5S ,Safety records ,EB,DG)Responsibilities For Welder:* Good Working knowledge in welding of MS, SS rods using ARC welding machine & TIG Welding Machine* Good Working knowledge in GAS Cutting & Plasma CuttingRequirements for Electrical Maintenance:* Applicant must be a 'C' Licence Holder* Experience as an electrician Minimum -7 Year in HT Line* Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems* Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints* Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability* Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight* Required qualification : ITI or Diploma in Electrical* Male candidate only profferedRequirements for Welder:* Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight* Minimum 5 years experience as welder* Required qualification : ITI or Diploma in Welding* Male candidate only proffered
