Job description Monitoring equipment such as pressure gauges and temperature gauges to ensure safety standards are met. Oversee the operation of entire boiler house, including multiple boilers and auxiliary equipment Performing routine maintenance on boilers, including regular inspections. Operating and maintaining steam boilers used to generate electricity or provide heat for buildings or industrial processes. Maintaining records of boiler usage and performance to ensure safe operation of equipment. Operating control systems such as pressure valves and flow meters to regulate boiler output. Analyze boiler performance data and identify potential problems. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. First-class boiler operator certificate. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a boiler operator. In-depth knowledge of boiler systems, combustion processes, and steam generation principles. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Turbine Operator at the Scan Steel LTD. As a Turbine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the turbines and generators for the generation of electrical power. Your day-to-day duties will include monitoring the performance of the turbines, performing maintenance activities, responding to alarms, and reporting issues to the appropriate authorities. Roles and responsibilities:- Prior experience as a Turbine Operator or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of power plant equipment and its operational procedures. An understanding of electrical power systems and their components. The ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and team-working skills. Maintain proper water chemistry, pressure, and temperature levels. Start and stop turbines according to procedures and load requirements. Identify and troubleshoot operational problems. Maintain detailed records of plant operations. Perform routine maintenance tasks.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Power plant operations training or certification. Experience working in a power plant environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
