You will play a key role in scaling our business by identifying opportunities, connecting with potential learners, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.Understand and communicate Scaler Academy's offerings and value proposition.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Persuasive and confident in handling client conversations.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing value-based solutions.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
