If you love working with people and making the connection between great talent and company success, we want to connect with you.Interested in learning more, view and register for any of our upcoming recruiting events here!About Role:Coordinating with recruiting team and Hiring Managers for defining the requirements for vacant rolesSending job offers and recruiting emails to prospective and qualified candidatesBrowsing portfolio sites and resume databasesResearching and recommending new sourcing techniques and toolsMeasuring time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open roleConducting benchmark analyses on compensation and benefits plans for different roles as well as seniority levels.Staying in contact with past candidates.Organizing career events and attending job fairs for sourcing potential candidates.Maintaining candidates data using organized databases.Asking for referrals from industry professionals, current employees and acquaintancesAdvertising open positions on various platforms and external networksJoining professional forums and social media groups for interacting with prospective candidates.Compensation:Salary to be negotiated based on work experience.
