Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct Marketing: Implement strategies to promote products or services directly to customers.2. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.3. Retail Sales: Oversee the sales process in a retail setting to drive revenue and meet sales targets.4. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and attract potential customers.5. Sales Strategy: Create and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives and targets.6. Problem Solving: Identify issues or challenges in the sales process and find effective solutions to overcome them.7. Field Sales: Manage a team of sales representatives conducting sales activities outside the office, such as meeting clients or demonstrating products.8. Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales team to achieve goals and drive performance.Skills and Expectations: - Must have 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.- Education background in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or Chartered Accountant.- Proficient in direct sales, marketing communication, and time management.- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a sales team effectively.- Excellent communication and convincing power to negotiate and close deals.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve target achievement.
