This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in the Mohali district. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and maintaining detailed records of conversations. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and achieving daily and monthly call targets.Qualifications1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally3. Experience with call center systems and databases4. Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is a plus5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team6. Proficiency in using office software and systems7. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus
