Sathya Educare Competency Trust (SECT) was established in 2016 with a strong desire to manifest some level of lasting improvement in education and eldercare. After identifying significant gaps and an urgent need to improve competency of teachers and caregivers taking care of elders, the trustees assembled a team of like-minded professionals to implement a systematic improvement program. The SECT team comprises of experienced professionals hailing from backgrounds including teacher education, and healthcare. Each member brings a vital set of skills and expertise, creating a multifaceted approach to achieving our objectives.
