We are looking for a skilled and responsible ELV / Security Systems Technician with hands-on experience in CCTV, Door Access Control, Public Address (PA) Systems, and LAN Networking. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems at client sites.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & Analog cameras, NVR/DVR, storage, and monitoring). Install and maintain Door Access Control Systems (biometric, card, face recognition, controllers, locks, sensors). Install, test, and troubleshoot PA Systems (amplifiers, speakers, microphones, cabling). Perform LAN networking tasks including cable laying, crimping (RJ45), patch panels, switches, routers, and basic network configuration. Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues on-site with minimal downtime. Read and understand drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of work. Prepare basic installation reports, test results, and handover documents. Follow safety standards and company SOPs at all sites. Provide basic user training and post-installation support when required.________________________________________Technical Skills & Requirements 35 years of proven field experience in CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and LAN Networking. Knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP basics, subnetting (preferred). Experience with cable termination, testing tools, and system commissioning. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Familiarity with leading brands (Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, ESSL, Matrix, Bosch, etc.) is an advantage. Basic knowledge of electrical safety and earthing practices.________________________________________Qualifications ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or related field. Relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.________________________________________Soft Skills Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel and work at client sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Honest, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude.________________________________________Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary: 20,000 30,000 (based on experience and skill level). We are seeking an experienced and technically strong ELV / Security Systems Engineer with 35 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, and LAN Networking. The role involves system design support, site execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and project teams.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Design, install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems (IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, storage, and monitoring). Handle Door Access Control Systems including biometric, card, face recognition devices, controllers, locks, and integrations. Design and execute PA Systems including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, zoning, and cabling. Plan and implement LAN Networking: structured cabling, switches, routers, patch panels, racks, and basic network configuration. Perform system integration, fault diagnosis, and advanced troubleshooting. Read, understand, and prepare drawings, layouts, BOQs, and wiring diagrams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Supervise technicians and ensure work quality and safety compliance at sites. Conduct system testing, user training, and final handover documentation.
