About the RoleWe are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and highly dependable Executive Assistant to support Sarab Khanijou, a leading luxury menswear designer. This is an on-premise role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can anticipate needs, and most importantlygets things done.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the right-hand to Sarab Khanijou across daily business and creative operations.Manage schedules, appointments, and day-to-day logistics with precision.Troubleshoot and solve problems across all frontsadministrative, operational, and technical.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth workflows.Leverage technology to streamline tasks (calendars, emails, inventory, project management tools, etc.).Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively resolve them.Provide support during shoots, client meetings, and events.RequirementsMale candidate (on-premise role) with a polished, professional presence.Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Tech-savvy: comfortable with productivity tools, cloud systems, and quick learners of new apps/software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solver with a no-task-too-small attitude.Ability to work in a dynamic, luxury fashion environment and adapt quickly.Prior experience in executive assistance, operations, or a related role preferred.
