Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our solar company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and promote clean, renewable energy adoption.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold calling.Explain the benefits of solar power and the companys solar products/services.Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about solar installation, savings, and government subsidies.Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM with customer details and feedback.Follow up on interested prospects and coordinate with the sales team.Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
