We are looking for a Civil Site Incharge to oversee construction projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 7 years of experience in the civil engineering field, holding an advanced or higher diploma. This full-time role requires expertise in managing site activities, and only male candidates will be considered. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Supervision of Site Activities:** Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and meets quality standards.- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.- **Project Planning:** Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules, coordinating the work to ensure deadlines are met.- **Safety Management:** Implement safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations to protect workers and equipment.- **Quality Control:** Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily activities, and any issues that arise, reporting to senior management.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. Problem-solving abilities are essential for addressing site challenges. Proficiency in construction technology and understanding civil engineering principles are crucial.
