The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing Ayurvedic healthcare services to our patients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their health issues and determine appropriate Ayurvedic treatments.- **Diagnosis and Treatment**: Use Ayurvedic principles to diagnose illnesses and create personalized treatment plans, including herbal medications and lifestyle recommendations.- **Follow-up Care**: Monitor the progress of patients during follow-up visits, adjusting treatments as necessary based on patient feedback and health improvements.- **Patient Education**: Educate patients about Ayurvedic practices, healthy lifestyle choices, and how to manage their health conditions effectively.- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records, including histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Educational Background**: A valid BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree is mandatory.- **Experience**: Candidates should have between 1 to 7 years of practical experience in an Ayurvedic practice or clinic.- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to connect with patients and explain treatment plans clearly.- **Compassionate Nature**: A patient-oriented approach with empathy is essential for providing quality care.- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
