1) Candidates should be well versed with E-Tendering, Letter drafting and documentation with 1-2 yrs experience.2) Having experience in GeM and other tendering sites3) Great command on Tender Search, Quotation/Offer/Bid preparations, Online Bidding, E-Tendering, Bid Follow up, Filling and documentation, , Order and Supply follow up, proficient in communication skills, communicate with Government customers and OEM's.4) Preparing documents for E-Tendering, studying Tender documents, qualification criteria, scope of work etc.5) Drafting & sharing proposals with clients, complete paper work as per requirement.6) Coordinating with clients for payments and ongoing project worksInviting Competitive Quotation & Offers from Vendors as per Technical specifications and BOQ of Tender documents for Tender bidding.7) Preparing MIS weekly/Monthly reports.
