Sales Executive should be at least having BCom degree. MBA in marketing is an added advantage.Sales executive should possess good communication skills. Should be very talkative with convincing power. Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi. Guajarati language is added advantageShould have good presentation skills. Should be able to give presentation (3D views, Walkthrough, Video, image gallery) on projector screen using MS Power point or similar. Should be able to communicate with walk-in customers and greet them in descent manner.Will have to work on Residential Construction project site officeShould be able to perform customer follow-up for booking, payment recovery etc.
