We are looking for a dedicated Credit Coordinator who will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the credit process. This position is well-suited for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Key responsibilities include:- **Managing Credit Applications**: You will review and process credit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.- **Assessing Creditworthiness**: Analyze financial statements and credit histories to determine the credit risk of applicants, supporting informed lending decisions.- **Communicating with Clients**: Maintain regular contact with customers to explain credit terms, resolve issues, and ensure transparency throughout the credit process.- **Monitoring Payments**: Keep track of outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on late payments as needed.- **Collaborating with Teams**: Work closely with sales and finance departments to align credit processes with business objectives and ensure a smooth workflow.Required skills and expectations include:- A graduate degree with a focus on finance, business, or a related field is preferred.- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to evaluate credit information effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and team members.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and responsibility in all duties.
