Project Planning and Management to implement the project schedule keeping in view the contractual milestone based on project specification and standards. Establish project budget baseline to control the overall cost and to complete the project within allocated budget limit without additional variation to subcontractors. Generate advance material requisitions for long lead materials. Review and submission of material submittals, methods of statement and to get relevant approvals from client. Project evaluation during different phases to monitor various changes from the original scope and to prepare change order accordingly. Direct supervision of all site activities in coordination with site team including work/material/inspection, progress and quality of work in line with projects specifications/standards. Raising of Monthly billing to maintain the positive cash flow throughout the project execution. Submission of weekly progress report and three weeks look ahead schedule to client. To attend weekly meeting to resolve all engineering design, quality and commercial conflict through effective regular coordination with consultant and client. To monitor and ensure the successful initial and final testing and commissioning of all equipment /systems within the scope of work as per contract

Execution of the Plumbing & Fire Fighting works at site. Billing of project at frequent interval of time to maintain cash flow of project. Discussing the site problems with client as well with staff. Checking the entire riser & down take lines as well as branch lines. Testing the bodies & CP fitting in the toilet region. Establish the good relation with the client. Establishing & Developing the Relation with the various Suppliers. Handling affairs of sub-contractors as well as labor.
