Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Maintain general ledger and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. Handle accounts payable and receivable includes vendor payments. Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices and tax regulations. Proficient in accounting software eg. Tally, Ms Excel Knowledge of GST, TDS & other applicable statutory regulations. Preferred experience with RERA compliance and project-wise accounting. Manage and record real estate transactions including purchases, sales, and construction-related expenses.
