The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customer acquisition, ROI optimization, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platformsManage performance marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROAS and CACDevelop and execute strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growthConduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentsAnalyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting dashboardsCollaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creativesMonitor trends in digital marketing, especially within furniture and decor industryManage retargeting campaigns and funnel optimization strategiesWork on marketplace ads Etsy, Instagram and Meta Ads if applicablePrepare weekly and monthly performance reports
