Below is Job Role: 1.Fiber Cable Manufacturing - Manufacture the fiber cables through the various component processes including coloring, buffering, stranding, and sheathing.2..Quality Testing- To support the quality assurance functioning by maintaining specific records, providing documentation assistance, helping in implementing on ground tasks/activities Conduct testing (proof testing) on the goods/products to ensure that the quality parameters are maintained. Selected Candidates will join in different departments of the Plant(i.e., Production/Maintenance/Quality/ safety etc.) Depending on the requirements.There will be Four Shift(A,B,C,G) A:-7:00 AM TO 3 :00 PM B:-3:00 PM TO 11:00 PM C:-11:00 PM TO 7:00 AM G: 09:00 AM TO 06:00 PMStipends: Stipend:-13333 (1st Year) Stipend:-16666 (2nd Year)Monthly fixed stipend as per Best Industrial Norms during Training Period.The policy is subject to change and can be modified as per the business requirement.The Performance award will be given on a Monthly basis.Additional Incentives will be provided as per the department.Additional Benefits- Subsidized food (Lunch/Dinner) facility Rs 25 per meal Bus Facility Available Insurance coverage.
