Responsibilities:1.Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:a.Address customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.b.Provide accurate and prompt responses to customer questions and concerns.c.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.d.Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right products.e.Speak to customers over the phone and achieve targeted sales numbers for our training programs.f.Address all customer issues/grievances and ensure a positive customer experience.2.Sales and Promotion:a.Present and promote products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.b.Make outbound calls and follow up regularly on assigned leads.c.Persuade customers to participate in our training programs by demonstrating how our services and products meet their needs.d.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls with provided leads.e.Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.f.Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.g.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.h.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.3.Lead Generation and Follow-up:a.Generate leads for our webinars and programs via database calling, campaigns, and references.b.Make outbound calls to prospective customers and ask relevant questions to understand their requirements.c.Record customer information accurately in the CRM.d.Capture insights from customer interactions and share them with the internal team.4.Collaboration and Feedback:a.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.b.Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.c.Strictly adhere to process requirements.d. Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.
