Planning, Data Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Data Maintenance & Management (PAN India): Align the MIS Plan with those of the Operations of the Arts & Rural Verticals Obtain the planning data from Teams of both Arts & Rural Verticals:o Number of Batches per Teamo Total Estimated Target to create the batcheso Count of beneficiaries to be trained by respective Team Leaders Maintain data, Forecast Data Trends (PAN India) Analyze PAN India Data which will include data cleaning, maintaining, calculations, computing recomputing variables etc for monitoring and evaluation purposes. The analysis would also be trade-wise, batch-wise, and city-wise, to understand the status of attendance and assessment of mid-term and final examinations conducted by PAN India in both verticals and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Maintain the above data systematically as per the prescribed format Perform regular backups to ensure data prevention Be responsible for all clinical data management activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current industry/regulatory guidelinesReporting & Documentation (PAN India): Prepare Attendance Sheet data based on the above inputs Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual Data Analysis Reports & Donor Reports from the Arts & Rural Teams and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Use MS Excel and Power Business Intelligence (BI) software for the creation & analysis of Reports / Documentation purpose.Training coordination (PAN India): Facilitate Trainings for staff to guide them to effectively use Excel for operations Coordinate with external Training Partners and guide them to effectively use Excel for operationsEvents Management: Support the Arts & Rural teams, technically and functionally, across the different events

To facilitate the Learning Process of the beneficiaries by delivering the program objectivesProgramme Planning & Budgeting: Study of last year's plan and suggest improvements to Team Leader Design / Amend Current year's plan Annual plan, Half-yearly, Quarter Plan, Monthly Plan Identify / explore innovative ideas of programme execution Develop Content for Trainings Project-wise (eg. Content for Zilla Parishad Trainings) Contribute to designing the Programme Plan for Health & Hygiene program Contribute to planning the Programme BudgetDistricts' - Coordination / Monitoring & Evaluation: Share data of Districts' TFS regarding the current Training status Coordinate with Team Members, District Education Officer (EO), Block Education Officer (BEO), Assistant Program Officer (APO) before the TOT is conducted Conduct the Stakeholders meeting Coordinate with the Cluster Coordinator to reach out to more schools to make them Tobacco free (District TFS Numbers reach) Coordinate with the Collector to send data regarding the NTCP team Coordinate with Teachers to facilitate Programme Implementation Facilitate the Health and Hygiene - Program delivery M & E Review of adherence to Program Budget & Accounts submissionTrainings Management: Coordinate with Internal Supervisors regarding the created Training Content Conduct Teachers of Training (TOT) with district level concerned people Conduct Teachers Training Workshop (TTW) - representatives of each school (block-wise) Conduct Sensitization workshop Review the Tobacco Free School (TFS) filesData Management : Coordinate with Media personnel media coverage of events / work done & maintain records in files Manage Visitors, Sarpanch data, Tobacco Free Schools photos Update Calling Sheets & Manage / review Attendance recordsNGOs Management: Contribute to NGO selection process Draft MOUs & sign-off the same for associating with new NGOs Facilitate Administrative registration process
