Job descriptionJOB TITLE Executive Administrative /front Desk ExecutiveWe are looking for a candidate who is flexible to commute at the locations Gurgaon (Haryana).( Only Female)Responsibilities Manage executives calendars and set up meetings Manage diary and schedule meetings Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders emails & correspondence, internally and externally, replying on Directors behalf as may be required. Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and Power Point Presentations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent MS Office knowledge Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsWork experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant /Front Desk ExecutiveProbation Three monthsSalary CompensationMonetary compensation up to20,000 to 25,000 per month (Non-negotiable) Only FemaleEmployment TypeFull-time
