The candidate should be smart and who can work in a Team and who can handle all sorts of issue of a customer and who treats CUSTOMER FIRST.Job Profile20% Responsible for attend clients visiting branches and on telephone with handling their queriesrelated to their d mat & trading accounts and guiding them with other products.15% Follow up of Existing Customers for Debits & Credits & their pertaining to D mat & Trading &Mutual Funds(both active and inactive customers through Customer Ownership Programme / CustomerLife Cycle Management30% Banking Working Pertaining to punching of cheques in the system, Dealing with Risk ManagementSystem , Account Opening & Handling Applications of Various Products.15% Coordinating with HO / Companies for the resolution of the complaints of the clients & EnsuringTAT in handling emails, co-ordination with Regional & Corporate Offices and all other day-to-dayadministrative activities.10% Documentation and MIS report maintenance.10% Business development.

The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 Year in Operating of Nse/ Bse / Currency/Commodity/ F&OTerminals and should have experience in the Capital Markets.* Preference will be given to the candidates whose have cleared NISM examinations.* Candidate should work with the clients and should execute trades of the clients on their behalf andhave to advice the client for his investments to create wealth for him and try to achieve his financialgoals.Key Responsibilities :Know the markets with both technically and fundamentallyShould use all tools such as data analysis to help client grow his wealth with expertise.Should have knowledge and experience in technical charts. Monitor Nse Bse and keep giving back up to client.Keep updating clients of his stocks movement.Execute client tradesActivating inactive clients by reviewing their portfoliosAcquire New Clients through references and sources.Should be smart and have caliber to work in a Team.Candidate who has got the zeal in him to grow and make the organization grow.
