Job Description: Retail Sales ExecutivePosition: Retail Sales ExecutiveLocation: Vaishali, GhaziabadJob Type: Full-timeNo sales targets and no pressure-based incentivesIndustry: Retail / Crockery/ Home appliancesRole OverviewThe Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in the store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing product displays, and maintaining overall store hygiene and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers with product selection and queries.Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the store.Provide detailed information about products, prices, offers, and promotions.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions.Ensure proper stock replenishment and report low-stock items.Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and product movements.Support store management in daytoday operations.Follow company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.Working Hours10 to 11 hours shift (depending on store policy).Weekly off as per roster.
