Be flexible to change, create, add ideas based on how children are responding and regularly upgrade themselves on what's best for the child Continue to learn different things based on every day's requirementsBe able to communicate with parents as and when required.Tech savvy (The basics like MS Word, Power point, MS Excel and Internet)Have a positive mindset and outlookAdditional responsibility:If you have fluency in English and willing to join us immediately, take over the role of admin too, which requires you to handle enquiries, coordinate on getting things done at the center, do digital marketing etc. you would be additionally compensated and timings would be set differently
