We are looking for a friendly and motivated Restaurant Waiter to join our team in Latur. In this role, you will help ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Greeting Guests:** Welcome customers as they arrive, provide menus, and seat them at their tables to create a friendly atmosphere. - **Taking Orders:** Listen carefully to customers' orders and answer any questions they may have about the menu to ensure accuracy. - **Serving Food and Drinks:** Deliver the ordered food and beverages to tables promptly and make sure everything is to the guests' satisfaction. - **Clearing Tables:** Remove used dishes and utensils efficiently to keep the dining area clean and ready for the next guests. - **Managing Payments:** Process customer payments accurately and ensure they receive the correct change, making the checkout smooth. - **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Keep the restaurant tidy by cleaning tables, chairs, and work areas regularly.**Required Skills and Expectations:**We seek candidates who are friendly and attentive to customers. You should have strong communication skills to interact well with guests and team members. A basic understanding of food safety practices is important. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow waiters. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is also required. Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory as we will provide training.
