We bring to our guests unforgettable, private, and exclusive vacation homeswhere families can bond with loved ones whilst enjoying home-like hospitality and certainty ofservice standards.We have 150+ homes in the best destinations across Maharashtra (Alibaug, Lonavala, Pune,Karjat, Khandala, Nashik, Igatpuri, Kamshet, Wada) and Goa & are looking to increase ourpresence on a national level.Designation: Sales Account ManagerResponsibilities: Be the SPOC for all Home Owners assigned to your portfolio Periodic visits to the homes and homeowners Visit all-new homes launched in the sector assigned Take responsibility for the sales targets for the homes in your sector Ensure villa quality by coordinating with Home Owner for working on Audit findings Coordinate with all internal teams for smooth functioning of the villa Coordinate with Marcom for marketing and promotions for all villas Coordinating with ops and sales teams Resolving all Homeowner issues Getting references from Homeowners Help resolve customer escalations for sales/post-check-out issues Responding to online reviewsSkills: A strong team player Good command over spoken and written communication, ability to articulate properly Ability to communicate in groups Develop good and healthy people connect Be patient, tactful, and approachable Ability to stay calm in a difficult situation Good communication skills Target Oriented
