Designation: Business Development ExecutiveJob description Understand Various services that we offer, prospecting & targeting specific sector of accounts thru cold calling / email campaigns / various other prospecting sources. thorough understanding of how all prospecting sources work and demonstrate expertise in leveraging the sources to the fullest. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Roles and Responsibilities Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Be a pleasant and supportive companion Desired Candidate Profile Good Communication Skills.Good spoken abilitywilling to make extensive callsPositive attitude Basic understanding of Technology & related fields with an inclination to learn Mandate Cold Calling experience Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, + anyone south Indian Language with good empathy skills. Experience: Min 1 year in any domestic BPOs. (Pref from Cus service & Sales support) CTC: During Training INR 8K per month (For a period of 3 months To be confirmed). After Training INR 20K per month. Note : Immediate Joiners to 15 days preferred.
