Were looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help drive sales and grow our brand.Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.Conduct product promotions and in-store demonstrations.Research market trends and competitor activities.Negotiate terms and close sales deals.Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.Requirements:1-3 years of sales experience , preferably in the beverage/FMCG sector.Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Knowledge of local market and customer base.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Valid drivers license (if applicable).Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Job Type: Full-timePay: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusExperience:Field sales: 3 years (Preferred)
