- Hands-on experience in Designing and Developing .Net based web applications- Hands-on experience in following technologies or tools: .Net 4.0 or above in C#/ASP.NET/ Java script / JQuery/ AJAX/ SQL Server.- Must have product/project design skill using various patterns and framework.- Must have excellent debugging and performance tuning skill.- Must have very strong understanding and knowledge on web based applications life cycle.- Experience developing applications using Web Services, SOA Concepts, WCF Integration, LINQ Integration, ADO.net integration- Should be strong in SQL Server and Store procedures.

a) Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing toolsb) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. c) Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction d) Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively e) Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
