About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Inside Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our German Language Courses to prospective learners. This is a target-based sales role that requires strong communication and convincing skills. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesReach out to potential students/leads through calls, emails, and other channels.Explain the benefits, features, and details of German language courses.Identify prospects learning needs and recommend suitable programs.Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by meeting monthly/quarterly targets.Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to ensure closures.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting sheets.Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure student satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum Graduation in any discipline.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Sales aptitude with the ability to handle objections.Self-motivated and result-oriented.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred.Prior experience in sales, counseling, or education industry will be an added advantage.What We OfferAttractive performance-based incentives in addition to fixed pay.Comprehensive training on product and sales process.Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, expanding organization.Exposure to international education & language learning domain.
