*Job Description: As an Event Coordinator for Hackathon Events and College Events at S V Events, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that every event is tailored to their specific requirements.*Key Responsibilities:*1. *Hackathon Events:*- Plan and coordinate hackathons, including finding venues, arranging catering and logistics, and coordinating with judges and mentors.- Work with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the hackathon.- Manage the execution of the hackathon, including setup, registration, and judging.2. *College Events:*- Plan and coordinate college events, including festivals, concerts, and cultural events.- Work with college administrators and student organizations to understand their requirements and preferences for the event.- Manage the execution of the event, including setup, registration, and logistics.3. *Event Planning:*- Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, layout, and setup.- Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audio-visual technicians.4. *Client Communication:*- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide regular updates on event planning progress.- Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.5. *Marketing:*- Promote events to foster relationships with current and potential clients.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.6. *Problem-Solving:*- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events.- Ensure that events are executed smoothly and efficiently.Please share your resume to WhatsApp : 8125301185
