Job descriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating various machines such as lathe, milling machine, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process. The primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure they produce high-quality components according to specifications.Responsibilities:Machine Setup: Prepare machines for operation by selecting appropriate tools, installing fixtures, and adjusting machine settings according to production requirements.Operation: Operate machines such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, and others to perform manufacturing tasks efficiently and accurately.Quality Control: Monitor machine operations to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications. Perform regular inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition. Identify and report any machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
