We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our team in New Panvel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the kitchen staff in various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.- **Food Preparation:** Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, cutting, and measuring as required. This helps chefs to focus on cooking and ensure meals are ready on time.- **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and organized. This includes washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and taking out trash, contributing to a safe and hygienic work environment.- **Stocking Supplies:** Help in organizing and restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients. This ensures that the kitchen is always ready for cooking and reduces downtime.- **Assisting Chefs:** Provide support to chefs by fetching tools and ingredients as needed. This helps to facilitate efficient cooking processes and maintains workflow.- **Basic Cooking Tasks:** Occasionally assist in simple cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs. This provides an opportunity to learn about kitchen operations.Candidates should have completed at least 10th grade and possess a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are important in this fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety practices is also expected. Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
