We are looking for a proactive and efficient Intern to join our Operations Team, who will be trained and responsible to arrange crew changes for all crew on assigned vessels, this will involve logistical coordination with seafarer, clients and third parties and ensuring all crew certification is complete and valid. Additional responsibilities include: Sourcing offshore / non-offshore seafarer vacancies as per clients requirements. Filtering and selection of suitable candidates, screening of shortlisted candidates prior to submission of candidates for client approval. Planning crew changes in advance, checking availability of crew, checking compliance and validity of all certificates and trainings. Ensuring that all crew folders, including certificates/documents, are kept up to date and are uploaded in the software and team crew planner accordingly. Arrangement of any visas, vaccinations or additional training certificates required as per client need.
