Job Title: Female Telecaller / Client Communication ExecutiveCompany: Rukmani Software, Jaipur (Rajasthan)Department: Sales & Customer SuccessEmployment Type: Full-Time / OnsiteAbout UsRukmani Software is a fast-growing IT company based in Jaipur, specializing in SaaS, ERP, and AI-based products for schools, colleges, hospitals, and businesses.We believe in building smart digital solutions that simplify management, automate operations, and boost productivity.Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Female Telecaller to handle client communication, lead follow-ups, and demo scheduling for our software products.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands technology, and wants to grow in the IT sales & client coordination field.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and explain our ERP, CRM, and AI products.Handle inbound inquiries from schools, institutes, and businesses.Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and maintain communication records.Schedule software demos and coordinate with the sales/technical team.Maintain CRM entries and update client details regularly.Build strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.Share daily/weekly reports with the manager.Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).Should be disciplined, punctual, and goal-oriented.Salary & BenefitsSalary: 8,000 45,000 (based on skills & experience)Incentives: Attractive performance-based bonuses for sales conversions.Training: Free training on software products & client communication.Work Environment: Friendly, growth-oriented, and professional.Working HoursMonday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMRukmani Software, Shop No. .11, Sikar Rd, Sector 2, Radha Govind Colony, Dahar Ka Balaji, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302032How to Apply
