We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-driven Tele callers to join our team.Job Summary:As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients, providing them with information about our properties, answering their queries, and helping them to move forward. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for site visits.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introduce them to real estate offerings, and gauge their interest. Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, availability, and benefits to potential buyers/renters. Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to qualify leads and direct them to appropriate property options. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits, meetings, or calls with the sales team for qualified leads. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects who have shown interest in properties, track their status, and assist in the sales process as needed. Maintain Database: Update customer information and lead status in CRM or other company systems. Sales Support: Provide necessary support to the sales team by generating leads, answering queries, and facilitating conversions. Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction and building positive relationships.Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident phone demeanor and convincing skills. Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage (especially in real estate). Sales-Oriented: Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and work towards achieving targets. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer data efficiently. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools to track and manage leads. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address client concerns effectively. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil & English.
