Job Title : Sales CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.Key Responsibilities:* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and managing customer relationships* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events with clients and internal stakeholders* Prepare and distribute sales materials, such as proposals, presentations, and marketing materials* Assist in developing and maintaining sales databases, spreadsheets, and other tools* Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely delivery of sales collateral* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner* Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordinationRequirements:* Bachelor's degree in any field* 2-6 years of experience in sales administration or a related field* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationHow to Apply:If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for sales administration, please submit your resume to hr@royalaircon.net.
