JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 8 years of quantity surveying experience in civil contracting (construction company).Should have a thorough theoretical and practical/field knowledge of civil construction activities.Quantity take-off must be supported by measurement sheets and hand sketches.Should be proficient in spreadsheet / Microsoft excel functions. Should have a good proficiency in reviewing and taking measurements/dimensions from AutoCAD drawing files.Should be able to prepare rate analysis for civil construction items.Should be experienced in Costing and Tender SubmissionsShould be experienced in preparing, checking and certifying civil construction running and final bills.Should be experienced with reconciliation of cement, steel and other free supply material.Should be able to take off accurate quantities from construction / GFC drawings.Should have strong knowledge of various thumb rules and ratios for civil construction items such as cement consumption, reinforcement consumption, etc.

Sales & Marketing of Flats, Offices and Industrial Projects Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns. Meet with prospects & clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals Building a network of reliable external marketing professionals coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received Build and maintain excellent relationships with brokers, intermediaries, etc.

Responsible for Store Handling, Indent preparation, Receipts & Issues, Inspection of material, Material Handling, Material storage, Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement. Overall responsibility for all Stores functions. Control on inventory and wastage Maintain data for returnable / non-returnable goods. Maintain book v/s physical stock Timely action to control/liquidate non-moving, slow moving items.

Prepare project schedules, track and manage the site progress. Ability to manage multiple projects and report to management. Prepare and update the BIM Model for all the projects. Identify the risks and ambiguities in the BIM Model and mitigate before actual Constructions. Review progress updates as needed regarding Time, Scope & Cost. Coordinate efforts across the entire project between architects, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed status reports with Quantity and Consumption using BIM. Review Drawings received from the consultant before issuing it to site for execution.
