DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.Arrange executive travel and accommodations.Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by CEO.Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, executive meetings, and organizations that the CEO is involved with.Manage the CEOs contactsManage personal residences and business investments. a.k.a. Responsible for development and delivery of Retail Store solutions.Inspect the entire SDLC to make sure that we are creating testable, tested, high quality designs that will be efficient long into the future with minimal overhead.Work with our Test, Dev Ops and Tech Ops teams to ensure that the whole technology factory is working seamlessly and producing world class artifacts.Strong knowledge, understanding and mentoring ability to drive team to breaking down stories into manageable tasks of instruction including estimation.Identify opportunities for improvement and re-use in existing product designs.Foster the creation of reusable patterns, components, and services.Mentor and coach, the organization in technical skills and best practices.Should be comfortable in designing the solutions and to prepare technical specifications based on the functional design provided by Business analyst.Ensure production support (Level 3) for any delivered development.Ensure integration tests campaigns support (QA, UAT) for any delivered development.Ensure unit tests for any realized development.Provide and maintain a relevant library of unit test scenarios. Responsible for source codes over the different branches using a source control tool.Prepare delivery for any realized and tested development.Responsible for development environments
