Identify and pursue business opportunity through survey and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation. Identifying new builders, new projects and new business opportunities and converting them into sales. Professional relationship management with the entities involved in projects . PMCs, contractors, designers, etc. Responsible for specifying our products through Architects / Consultants. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Travel to the assigned locations to introduce/maintain product/services supply to target consumers and existing clients. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Follow up for advances and balance payments from the Customers Focused towards increasing the sales of the company. Prepare and submit the sales reports to the respective manager. Meet architects/consultants to specify product and maintain good relationship with them with frequent visits. Generate enquiries by doing cold calls and area mapping of the respective region. Follow up with client on submitted offers, negotiate and close the order in line with company policies.
