Monitor and track tender submissions, providing updates and reports as necessary. Keep abreast of industry trends, market insights, and regulatory changes impacting tendering processes. Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, contracts, and competitor analysis. Educational Qualification: Any graduate Bachelor's degree or above Core Skills & Competencies: Tender Management, Documentation, Research and Analysis, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Legal Knowledge, Relationship Building, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills, Bid Strategy, Compliance Background / Experience: prior experience in tender management on GEM Portal and Other tender floating websites, Strong understanding of tender processes, regulatory compliance, excellent communication, and analytical skills
